- Migration of Websphere application server ND to Websphere Liberty: Refectoring of services to comply with new operation model, e.g. background validation processing using database synchronized multi container processing – Subordination: Java Full Stack
- Your role on this project will be Java/JEE developer for an existing model-driven, business critical application that will be containerized and migrated to OpenShift on IBM Cloud. You will work on critical technical components and perform the required redesign to be operated in a managed container. These tasks require deep technical understanding of transactional behavior and business continuity.
Key Technical Responsibilities:
• Migration of JEE components from Websphere application server ND to Websphere Liberty
• Refactoring of components to comply with new operation model, e.g. background validation processing using database synchronized multi container processing
• Development of functional extensions and realization of business requirements
Required Skills:
• Java, JEE
• SQL, Hibernate
• Websphere Liberty
• English (fluent in spoken and written)
• Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and to identify problems in the early stages
